Taraa !!! My absolute Mushroom-Chicken-yummy Popia
It all begun when one of my friends send me some text saying that whether i want the raw mushrooms or not.She said that they are the excess mushrooms from her final year project. Then i said, " Why not ?" . ' By that, i can try new recipe'. Monologue.
Then, here i will list out the step by step procedure in producing this great food ...
i am so sorry for not really managing to make a better performance of this blog, i am still learning , plus with time exiting . I will try my best to improve content of this blog.
1) From the left-hand side of the picture, you can see three different types of ingredients . They are red onions, garlic and carrots .
The second one is the hero of this recipe which is mushroom . Last one is the sausage .
From my opinion, there is no exact amount that you must use in those ingredients, because it can be alter according to your taste :)
2) Then , we may start mixing all the ingredients in the first plate in a hot oil. Let it sit for a few minutes, until the smell of garlic and red onion start to invade your nose, haha. This is imortant in order to ensure the scent can be absorb well by next ingredients.
3) Subsequently, you may add a lump of mince chicken as your second hero. I bought the minced one, so it is easier . You may change into any other protein like meat. Make sure you mix them well until the chicken turned white , not raw anymore.
4) Ha, this is the significant part of this meal. The cream of chicken or chicken stock is really necessary to bring out the juiciness of the chicken. This is what going to make your dish become more thicker. Just put them in our currents cooked ingredient, mix them well.
5) Finally our main dishes are ready. The above , darker color is made with some black paper so that the taste will become more spicy . Don't worry, you may invent those recipe by yourself. Feel free to add black paper , salt or sugar at your own dosage.
